Trisha Bowman
Riding Instructor, Manager, Camp Director
Trisha began her career as a riding
instructor in 2000 when she established Muddy Creek Meadows as a riding
stable. She was born and raised in York County and spent most of her life
right here in Muddy Creek Forks.
Horses
have always been a family passion. She began riding with her
parents before she could even walk. In her early riding years, she rode
western, trail riding mostly with her parents throughout the area. During her teenage years she began to pursue
English riding and jumping.
In
high school, Trisha participated in horse judging at both the county and state
levels. Then during college, she began
to enter the world of showing in hunters and English and western pleasure. Years later she added Jumpers to her show
circuit as well.
Today Trisha specializes in hunters,
jumpers, western pleasure and recreational riding. She occupies many roles at Muddy Creek
Meadows, including; riding instructor, barn manager, camp director and
activities director.
Trisha spends her spare time riding the
trails and camping with family and friends, or showing and training her horse
for Jumpers. She resides in Airville with her husband Drew
and her son Jack.
She is a graduate of York College of
Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, and a minor in Mass
Communications. She also has her level II American Riding Instructor
Certification in Recreational Riding.
She is certified by the
American Red Cross in CPR and First Aid. In addition, Trisha is a
certified Lifeguard and Water Safety Aid.

Steve Krick
Owner Steve and his wife Dolores purchased Muddy Creek Meadows in 1998.
At that time, it was an old dairy farm. He then remodeled and added
buildings to make way for the horses. Today, He continues to work on the
farm maintaining and updating the horse facility. He also manages the farms crops. Steve
is also a full time general contractor operating his business- S.J. Krick & Company.
Steve
grew up around horses all his life and continues that tradition. Horses
have become a family pass time; as Steve continues to spend time with his
family trail riding throughout the Eastern states.

Dolores Krick Owner, Camp CounselorDolores and her husband, Steve, purchased Muddy
Creek Meadows in 1998. Dolores occupies many roles in the operation
of the farm, including book keeping, general office duties, as well as
assisting with summer and winter day camps.However, the farm is only
her part time job. She is also the co-owner of S.J. Krick and Company, General
Contractor.
Dolores
stays active in the farming community. She is a board member of the York
County Farm Bureau and a state board member for the Equine Committee. She is certified by the American Red Cross in
CPR and First Aid.
Dolores grew up riding and her love of horses
grew from there. She spends her spare
time trail riding and camping with her family. She truly enjoys having the
horse facility and farm.

Tim Krick Riding Instructor, Trainer
Tim began riding at the age of three months,
and very quickly became an accomplished rider. His riding experience and
knowledge continued to grow throughout his career. He specializes in
western riding, including gaited horses and English jumpers and hunters.
He
has been teaching riding lessons since 2004, but began as an assistant
instructor and assistant camp counselor in 2001. To date, Tim continues as a riding instructor
at Muddy Creek Meadows. He also serves
as the farms trainer, working for both clients on the farm as well as for
clients throughout the surrounding area.
Tim
has his Associate degree in criminal justice from York Technical Institute. He
is also a carpenter at S.J. Krick and Company.
He
is certified by the American Red Cross in CPR and First Aid. Plus, Tim is
a certified Lifeguard.

Drew Bowman Farrier
Drew began riding as a child and also had
helped his neighbor farm during his teenage years. However, his interest in horses, riding and
farming dramatically grew when he became friends with the family during his
high school years.
Now, he continues to work on the farm helping
with the horse facility and the crop production. He resides in Airville with his wife Trisha,
and his son Jack.
Drew works full time as a carpenter for S.J
Krick & Company. He is also the
farms farrier. In the year 2004, he
graduated from Maryland horseshoeing school as a certified farrier. He is certified as both a Journeyman and as
an Apprentice II.
